What to expect
First Step
The first step is to place an inquiry. Please include as many details about your project as possible.
After I receive your message, I will reply with several questions to learn more about the project. When I feel like I have enough information, I will provide a custom, estimated quote.
Pricing
Projects are priced at an hourly rate. I will give an estimated quote based on multiple factors like the length of the raw footage, the estimated runtime of the final video, and the complexity of the project. Please place an inquiry to receive an estimate.
Contract
After an estimated price is determined, I will provide a contract for both myself and the client to sign that details all of the terms of service.
Delivery
Delivery can always be expected within 7 days for videos up to 30 minutes long. Larger projects such as short films, feature-length films, or documentaries will have a longer delivery time and will be based on the complexity of the project.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited*, though two revisions are recommended to keep the project within budget. The first draft of the client’s finished video will be uploaded to frame.io so that the client can leave timestamped feedback. This will be repeated until the client is happy with the results. After completing the final version and receiving payment in full, the video will be uploaded to Google Drive for the client to download.
*Hourly rate still applies.
Payment
A 50% down payment is expected before editing begins. The remaining balance for the project is due prior to the final delivery. Invoices will be issued through Paypal, and payment is expected upon receipt. For larger projects, an invoice will be submitted at the end of each work week.
Feedback
Once a project is complete, I will email the client a link to a feedback form. I want to hear your praise or your concerns so my business can continue to improve and provide the best service possible.
